In 2003, under Consumer Protection Act, special purpose Courts designated solely to hear Consumer Related Claims and Lawsuits Inaugurated. Since then, any claim that involves a "Consumer" dimension is subject to conclusion before a Consumer Court. This generally includes Product Liability Cases, Defaulted Credit Card Claims, Packet Tours/Holidays, Defective Products, Deficient Services, Construction Related Lawsuits and any similar Lawsuit involving a "Consumer".
We represent Clients before Consumer Courts in Product Liability Claims; Defective Tourism Package Holiday Service Related claims and many other types of Consumer-Related Lawsuits.
We also act in defence of Industrial and Commercial Manufacturers, Producers, Service Providers in lawsuits cases filed against them.
