If the foreign judgment bears below specifications, it can be recognized and enforced in Turkey after a trial process.
There must be a reciprocal agreement in effect signed with the foreign state that rendered the judgment. In addition to this,
*Presence of a Judgment: There must be a judgment that clearly states the verdict, nature of dispute,
*Presence of Absoluteness decision: the foreign judgment must be final.
*Foreign judgment must be compatible with Turkish Public Order
*Right to Defend: The defendant must have been provided right to defend themselves and duly represented in a trial or proceeding.
